At The Hawaii PA Collective, I want you to feel confident in your skincare purchases and recommendations. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, please review the return policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that opened or used skincare products are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Skin Reactions

Skincare products may affect individuals differently depending on skin type, sensitivities, allergies, and product usage. Because of this, refunds cannot be offered for personal skin reactions, irritation, or dissatisfaction after use.

Patch testing prior to full application is strongly encouraged.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used products
  • Samples
  • Promotional/free gift items
  • Limited edition bundles or sale items
